How much does a Bazi reading cost?
In 2026 there are four price tiers. Generating the chart itself is free almost everywhere. Subscription apps run roughly US$12 to US$15 per month, or about US$99 to US$119 per year. One-off written reports typically sit between US$30 and US$40. A live consultation with a human practitioner starts around US$95 and runs to US$600 or more for extended packages. The tier you need depends on whether you want the chart, an explanation of the chart, or a conversation about a specific decision.
Is a free Bazi calculator good enough?
A free calculator is good enough to get your chart, and that is genuinely useful. What free tools rarely give you is interpretation you can act on. They output the eight characters, the elements, sometimes the Luck Pillars, and then stop. If your question is what does this mean for the decision in front of me, a calculator alone will not answer it, and no amount of re-generating the chart will change that.
Should I pay monthly for a Bazi app?
Only if you will genuinely open it most days. A subscription makes sense for daily-timing use, where the value comes from checking in repeatedly. It makes poor sense for one big question, because you are renting access to something you will read once. In app-store reviews the most common complaint about astrology and Bazi apps is billing, not accuracy, and specifically difficulty cancelling. If you want one thorough answer, a one-off report is usually both cheaper and more complete.
Why are human consultations so much more expensive?
You are paying for time and for dialogue. A consultation lets you ask follow-up questions about your specific situation, which no written report can do. The trade-off is that you get one hour and your memory of it. A written report costs less and stays readable in five years. Many people get the most out of reading a report first, then booking a consultation only if a real decision is still open.

What if I cannot afford a reading?
Write to us. Paid readings exist because written, individually produced work costs real time and compute, and absorbing that indefinitely would mean making the free tier worse for everyone. But price should not be a wall. If money is genuinely the barrier and you still want to be met, contact support and we will look for a way. There is no form and no discount code, it is a message to a person.
